CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 158(L&C) An Act relating to motor                       
vehicle liability insurance covering a person who has had the                  
persons drivers license revoked for possession or consumption of               
alcohol while under 21 years of age was engrossed, signed by the               
President and Secretary and transmitted to the House for                       
consideration.
